Replace the cracked bushing, not the whole curved arm
This is the large rubber bushing in the front lower curved control arm (compliance / banana arm). One part fits left or right. Match the number on your arm before you buy — Tesla has used more than one curved-arm revision.
The factory bushing is bonded into the arm. Removal destroys the old bushing and needs a hydraulic press, then a 4-wheel alignment. No press? Buy a complete control-arm kit instead.
Will this fit?
Do not order by model year alone. Look at the number stamped on the curved front lower arm (or on the old bushing). US, EU, and China cars use the same bushing number — there is no separate regional part.
Find the curved arm. Each front wheel has two lower arms: a straight one and a curved “banana” arm toward the rear of the wheel. This listing is only for the curved arm.
Read the stamp. The number on the arm is usually the arm number, not 1044358-00-A (that is the bushing). Match the stamp to the table below.
