The glass arrives with its backing plate and heater terminals, ready for the matching vehicle connection. No need to replace the complete mirror housing.
Backing plates included.
A molded backing plate and circular mounting clips connect the replacement glass to the mirror mechanism. Match the shape and clip layout to your selected vehicle.
Keep the heat connected.
Reconnect the compatible heater leads to the supplied terminals. Mirror heating helps clear mist from the glass surface when the vehicle's mirror-heating function is active.

Installation overview
Change the glass. Keep the housing.
Check the match. Confirm the vehicle option, mirror outline and connection layout.
Remove with care. Carefully release the existing glass and disconnect its wiring without pulling on the wires.
Reconnect and seat. Attach the matching heater leads, align the backing-plate clips and seat the glass securely.
Check before driving. Verify secure fit, mirror adjustment and heater operation.
Glass and mounting clips need careful handling. Use a qualified installer if you are unfamiliar with mirror-glass replacement.

What comes in the box?
One left and one right wide-angle exterior mirror glass in your chosen finish. Both include their backing plates and heater terminals. Mirror housings, adjustment motors and installation tools are not included.
Will the mirrors still dim automatically?
No. Neither finish retains factory electronic auto-dimming. If keeping automatic dimming is essential, this is not the right replacement for you.
Is this a mirror film or a complete mirror assembly?
Neither. It is a pair of replacement mirror glasses with backing plates, designed to fit inside the existing exterior mirror housings.
How should I choose the correct option?
Choose your model and preferred finish from the selectors above and check the fitment listed here. Model 3 includes Highland; Model Y includes Juniper. Model S is limited to 2012–2020, and Model X is listed through 2023. Match the outline, clips and heater terminals if your existing mirror differs.
Does the tinted finish replace safe mirror checks?
No. Adjust the mirrors properly, allow for the different apparent distance in wide-angle glass and continue your normal shoulder and blind-spot checks.
