No. This Tesla NFC ring uses passive NFC technology and must be held close to your vehicle’s key reader. It does not provide automatic walk-up unlocking or walk-away locking on its own.

Follow the tap-to-lock and tap-to-unlock instructions for your specific Tesla model.

How do I find my ring size?

We use standard US sizing. We recommend visiting a local jeweler or using a ring-sizing tool to find a secure, comfortable fit for the finger you intend to wear it on.

Check the fit before pairing the ring with your vehicle. A brief try-on without scratches, marks or damage does not prevent a size exchange. Size exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Which Tesla models are compatible with Tesery Ring?

Tesery Ring is compatible with Model S and Model X vehicles produced in 2021 or later, and all Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck vehicles, including Model 3 Highland and Model Y Juniper.

Does this ring need to be charged?

No. The ring uses passive NFC technology, similar to a Tesla key card. It receives the energy needed for communication from the vehicle’s reader, so it does not require a battery or charging.

How do I pair it with my Tesla?

Have an already authorized Tesla key card ready. On your touchscreen, open Locks > Keys > Add Key and follow the on-screen instructions to register the ring and approve it with your existing key.

Reader locations vary by vehicle model and generation. Refer to the pairing guide for positioning instructions.

Please check your ring size before pairing. Paired rings cannot be returned.

Where is the best place to tap the ring?

Hold the ring close to the designated exterior key reader to lock or unlock your vehicle. For Model 3 and Model Y, follow the B-pillar positioning shown in the pairing guide.

To authorize driving when prompted, use your vehicle’s interior key reader. Its location varies by model and generation, so check the instructions for your Tesla.

Can I wear it while swimming or showering?

The ring is listed as IP68 waterproof and dustproof. Follow the product’s water-use and care instructions. Contact us before use if you need confirmation about a specific activity or exposure condition.

How do I request a return or size exchange?

Please contact support@tesery.com within 30 days of receiving your item and provide your order number and the reason for your request. If you need a different size, please specify the size you would like.
