Terra Ross Dried Winter Truffle contains visible slices of wild-harvested Tuber brumale. The truffles are selected, cleaned, sliced to approximately 1 mm and dried using specialised equipment. The product contains no additives or added flavourings.

Available pack sizes are 10 g, 20 g, 50 g, 130 g, 250 g, 300 g, 500 g and 1 kg. Natural differences in slice size, shape, colour, aroma and residual moisture are expected.

Visible Slices with a Characteristic Black Winter Truffle Profile

Tuber brumale has a characteristic earthy and savoury profile with musky and mildly spicy notes. Drying changes the moisture, texture and aroma compared with fresh black winter truffle. Sensory intensity varies naturally between individual truffles and batches.

Choose this visible sliced format when identifiable truffle pieces should remain part of the prepared dish. It is suitable for pasta, risottos, cream- or butter-based sauces, egg dishes, potatoes, gravies, stuffing mixtures and savoury meat dishes.

Preparation and Culinary Use

Storage, Delivery and Product Information
