Fine Black Winter Truffle Powder for Sauces and Seasonings

Terra Ross Black Winter Truffle Powder is made from 100% dried Black Winter Truffle (Tuber brumale). The truffles are selected, cleaned, conventionally dried and finely milled, with no additives or added flavourings.

The fine format is intended for even distribution throughout cooked preparations without identifiable truffle pieces. Available pack sizes are 20 g, 40 g, 110 g, 500 g and 1 kg.

Even Incorporation into Cooked Dishes

Incorporate the powder into sauces, soups, gravies, risottos, pasta preparations, egg dishes, potatoes, stuffing mixtures, savoury fillings and seasoning blends. Add it during preparation and stir thoroughly so that it disperses evenly through the dish.

Storage and Delivery
